Lawyer Tycoon kayıt olmadan yerel misafir olarak denenebilir. Aktarım ve koruma

Google ve Cloudflare gibi sağlayıcıların küresel altyapıları nedeniyle veri, bulunduğun ülke dışında işlenebilir. Uygulanabilir aktarım kuralları, sağlayıcı sözleşmeleri ve mevcut koruma mekanizmaları hizmet yayına alınırken ve değiştikçe değerlendirilir. HTTPS, Firebase ve Google kimlik belirteçlerinin sunucu tarafında doğrulanması, özetlenmiş oturum sırları, erişim denetimi ve hız sınırlaması temel teknik önlemlerdir.

Haklar ve itiraz

Uygulanabilir mevzuat kapsamında bilgi alma, erişim, düzeltme, silme, kısıtlama, itiraz, taşınabilirlik ve rızayı geri çekme hakların bulunabilir. Oyun sayfasındaki “Gizlilik ve çerez ayarları” bağlantısı Google rıza mesajını yeniden açarak reklam seçimini değiştirmeyi sağlar; geri çekme sonraki uygun reklam isteklerine uygulanır. Ayrıca yetkili veri koruma makamına şikâyet hakkın olabilir. Controller and requests

The controller is the project management responsible for operating Lawyer Tycoon. Contact: [email protected]. Project link: avsiyarcelik.com. We may request only the information reasonably needed to verify identity and account ownership; we never request passwords or verification codes.

Processing inventory

A random installation identifier generated in the browser and sent to the server on first local guest start; in persistent storage, only its secret-salted SHA-256 digest and first-start time. To rate-limit the guest-counter request, also a one-way secret-salted IP-derived digest, action, time bucket, count and update time. The raw installation identifier, raw IP address, save and progress are not held in the project database. Lawyer Tycoon can be tried as a local guest without registering. This mode keeps progress only in the current browser; it creates no server account, user, cloud save, play-time, profile or ranking row and does not provide offices, a public profile, the world leaderboard or cross-device continuation. Creating an account starts a separate cloud career; local progress is not transferred. Local guests are not listed as individual players in the management panel; only a numeric total not linked to an account or person is shown. For the guest counter, the installation digest has a 90-day retention threshold and the IP-derived rate-limit digest a 48-hour threshold. Records beyond either threshold are deleted when the next relevant request triggers cleanup, so physical deletion can be delayed until that request without relevant traffic. Raw identifiers and progress are not stored. Email-ownership verification is required for registered game access. A new signup receives a game account and session after verification. Existing accounts and progress are retained; local guest mode does not require verification. A server guest record left from an earlier version is separate from the new local mode and remains subject to the existing secure-upgrade rules. In that secure upgrade, the target email is reserved in Cloudflare D1 for at most 15 minutes; the reservation is deleted on successful completion or expiry. Once account deletion is complete, the directly linked Firebase identity, account data and current moderation state are removed; account-ID links in moderation and audit records are deleted or set to null. A previously written reason, reported player name or other free text is not necessarily anonymised by that operation alone and is separately deleted or anonymised when no longer required for security or mandatory legal purposes.

Transfers and safeguards

Because providers such as Google and Cloudflare operate global infrastructure, data may be processed outside your country. Applicable transfer rules, provider contracts and available safeguards are reviewed at launch and as the service changes. Core technical measures include HTTPS, server-side verification of Firebase and Google identity tokens, hashed session secrets, access controls and rate limiting.

Rights and objections

Applicable law may grant rights to information, access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent. “Privacy & cookie settings” on the game page reopens Google's consent message so the advertising choice can be changed; withdrawal applies to subsequent eligible ad requests. You may also complain to the competent data-protection authority. Send other requests from the account email; ownership of a server guest record left from an earlier version may be verified through the secure upgrade session. To delete new local guest progress, clear browser site data; the aggregate numeric counter is not an individual profile. You may also follow the account deletion instructions.
