1. Veri sorumlusu ve iletişim

Lawyer Tycoon hizmetinin işletilmesinden sorumlu proje yönetimi, bu politikada açıklanan kişisel veriler bakımından veri sorumlusudur. Gizlilik ve veri talepleri için [email protected] adresine yazabilir veya iletişim formunu kullanabilirsin. Proje bağlantısı: avsiyarcelik.com.

2. İşlenen veri kategorileri

• Google hesap verileri: Google’ın sağladığı benzersiz hesap kimliği (sub), doğrulanmış e-posta ve görünen ad. Arayüz dili, giriş yaptığın Lawyer Tycoon dil yoluna göre hesapta tutulur. Google profil resmini veya parolanı saklamayız.
• Oyun ve profil verileri: oyun kaydı, ilerleme, ekonomi sürümü, tercihler, avatar yapılandırması, profil notu ve kayıt zamanları.
• Oturum ve güvenlik verileri: güvenli biçimde özetlenmiş oturum/CSRF anahtarları, oturum tarihleri, cihaz veya tarayıcıya ilişkin sınırlı teknik göstergeler, kötüye kullanım ve hız sınırlama kayıtları.
• İletişim verileri: ad, e-posta, konu, mesaj, seçilen yanıt dili ve mesajın gönderildiği tarih.
• Yerel cihaz verileri: misafir kariyeri tarayıcının yerel depolamasında tutulur. Google ile girişte sunucu kaydı asıl kaynaktır; bağlantı kesintisine karşı son oyun durumu ve bazı ayarlar bu cihazda kurtarma kopyası olarak da kalabilir.

3. İşleme amaçları ve dayanaklar

Veriler; hesap açmak ve oturum sağlamak, oyun kaydını cihazlar arasında eşitlemek, desteğe yanıt vermek, güvenliği ve hizmet bütünlüğünü korumak, hata gidermek ve yasal yükümlülükleri yerine getirmek için işlenir. Dayanak; talep ettiğin hizmetin sunulması ve sözleşmenin ifası, güvenlik ve hizmet geliştirmeye ilişkin meşru menfaatler, açıkça istendiği yerde rıza ve uygulanabilir yasal yükümlülüklerdir.

4. Google ile giriş

Google ile giriş yalnızca kimlik doğrulama için kullanılır. Gmail, Drive, rehber veya diğer Google içeriklerine erişim istemeyiz. Google kimlik belirteci sunucuda doğrulanır ve hesabın değişmeyen Google sub değeriyle eşleştirilir. Google’ın kendi işlemleri Google Gizlilik Politikası kapsamındadır.

5. Saklama ve hizmet sağlayıcılar

Üretim hesabı ve bulut kayıtları, Lawyer Tycoon hesabın etkin olduğu sürece veya hizmet için gerekli olduğu müddetçe Cloudflare altyapısındaki proje veritabanında tutulur. Cloudflare barındırma, veri tabanı, güvenlik ve ağ hizmetleri; Google kimlik doğrulama; seçilen e-posta hizmeti ise iletişim için veri işleyebilir. Kişisel veriler reklam profili oluşturmak amacıyla satılmaz.

Hesap silme talebi doğrulandığında hesap, bağlı Google kimliği, etkin oturumlar ve oyun kayıtları silme sürecine alınır. Güvenlik, hukuki yükümlülük veya uyuşmazlıkların kurulması/savunulması için tutulması zorunlu sınırlı kayıtlar yalnızca gerekli süre boyunca saklanabilir; ardından silinir veya anonimleştirilir.

6. Çerezler ve yerel depolama

Güvenli oturum için gerekli çerezler; misafir kayıtları, bulut kaydının çevrimdışı kurtarma kopyası, dil, ses ve arayüz tercihleri için yerel depolama kullanılabilir. Tarayıcıdaki kopya, Google ile giriş yapan hesabın sunucudaki asıl kaydının yerine geçmez. Zorunlu olmayan ölçüm veya pazarlama teknolojileri eklenirse, uygulanabilir hukuk gerektiriyorsa önceden tercih sunulur ve bu politika güncellenir.

7. Hakların

Uygulanabilir hukuka göre verine erişme, düzeltme, silme, işlemeyi kısıtlama veya itiraz etme, veriyi taşıma ve rızayı geri çekme haklarına sahip olabilirsin. Talep için [email protected] adresine hesap e-postandan yaz. Kimlik doğrulaması için parola veya doğrulama kodu istenmez. Ayrıntılar ve yerel kayıt temizliği için Hesap Silme sayfasını kullan.

8. Güvenlik, çocuklar ve değişiklikler

Aktarımda HTTPS, sunucu taraflı kimlik doğrulama, özetlenmiş oturum anahtarları ve erişim sınırlamaları gibi önlemler kullanılır; ancak hiçbir çevrimiçi sistem sıfır risk garantisi vermez. Uygulanabilir dijital rıza yaşının altındaki kişiler, veli veya yasal temsilci izni olmadan bulut hesabı oluşturmamalıdır.

Politika önemli ölçüde değişirse tarih güncellenir ve uygun bir bildirim sağlanır. Eski sürümde verilen rıza yeni ve farklı bir amaç için otomatik kabul sayılmaz.

1. Controller and contact

The project management responsible for operating Lawyer Tycoon acts as controller for the personal data described here. For privacy and data requests, email [email protected] or use the contact form. Project link: avsiyarcelik.com.

2. Data we process

• Google account data: Google's stable account identifier (sub), verified email and display name. The interface language stored with the account comes from the Lawyer Tycoon language route used at sign-in. We do not store your Google profile image or password.
• Game and profile data: saves, progress, economy version, preferences, avatar configuration, profile note and save timestamps.
• Session and security data: securely hashed session/CSRF secrets, session timestamps, limited device or browser indicators, abuse-prevention and rate-limit records.
• Contact data: name, email, category, message, reply language and submission time.
• Local device data: guest careers are held in browser local storage. When you sign in with Google, the server save is authoritative; the latest game state and some settings may also remain on that device as an offline recovery copy.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process data to create accounts and sessions, synchronise game saves, answer support requests, protect service integrity, troubleshoot errors and meet applicable legal obligations. The legal basis is performance of the service you request, legitimate interests in security and improvement, consent where explicitly requested, and applicable legal obligations.

4. Sign in with Google

Google sign-in is used only for authentication. We do not request access to Gmail, Drive, contacts or other Google content. The Google ID token is verified on the server and linked using the stable Google sub value. Google's own processing is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

5. Retention and service providers

Production accounts and cloud saves are held in the project database on Cloudflare infrastructure while your account remains active or while needed to provide the service. Cloudflare may process data for hosting, database, network and security services; Google for authentication; and the selected email provider for communications. Personal data is not sold for advertising profiles.

After a verified deletion request, the account, linked Google identity, active sessions and game saves enter the deletion process. Limited records required for security, legal obligations or legal claims may be retained only as necessary, then deleted or anonymised.

6. Cookies and local storage

We may use essential cookies for secure sessions and local storage for guest saves, an offline recovery copy of a cloud save, language, sound and interface preferences. The browser copy does not replace the authoritative server save for a signed-in account. If non-essential measurement or marketing technology is added, a choice will be offered first where required and this policy will be updated.

7. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct or delete data, restrict or object to processing, receive portable data and withdraw consent. Email [email protected] from your account email. We do not ask for your password or verification code. See Delete Account for deletion and local-save instructions.

8. Security, children and changes

Measures include HTTPS in transit, server-side identity checks, hashed session secrets and access restrictions. No online system can promise zero risk. People below the applicable digital-consent age should not create a cloud account without permission from a parent or legal guardian.

If this policy changes materially, its date will be updated and an appropriate notice provided. Consent given under an earlier version is not treated as automatic consent to a new and unrelated purpose.
