Türkçe Kullanım Koşulları
1. Kabul ve kapsam
Lawyer Tycoon’u kullanarak bu koşulları ve Gizlilik Politikasını okuduğunu kabul edersin. Koşulları kabul etmiyorsan bulut hesabı oluşturma ve hizmeti kullanmayı bırak. Bulunduğun yerde sözleşme kurmak için gereken yaşın altındaysan veli veya yasal temsilci izni gerekir.
2. Eğlence amaçlı oyun
Lawyer Tycoon kurgu ve eğlence amaçlı bir yönetim oyunudur. Oyun içindeki hukuk, ekonomi, vergi, meslek veya ülke anlatımları gerçek hukuki, mali ya da mesleki danışmanlık değildir ve gerçek bir dosyada kullanılmamalıdır.
3. Hesap ve güvenlik
Google ile girişte Google parolan paylaşılmaz; hesabının ve bağlı e-posta/telefonun güvenliğinden sen sorumlusun.
Başkasının hesabına erişmeye, oturum veya güvenlik denetimlerini aşmaya çalışma.
Bir hesabı satamaz, kiralayamaz veya başka bir kişiye devredemezsin.
4. Adil kullanım
Hizmeti bozacak otomasyon, istek yağmuru, zararlı kod, açık istismarı, hileli veri değiştirme, tersine mühendislikle güvenlik aşma veya başkalarının kullanımını engelleme yasaktır. Güvenlik açığını kamuya yaymadan önce iletişim adresine sorumlu biçimde bildir.
5. Oyun kaydı ve kullanılabilirlik
Yerel kayıt tarayıcı verileri temizlenirse kaybolabilir. Bulut eşitleme veri kaybı riskini azaltır ancak kesintisiz erişim veya mutlak veri kaybı önleme garantisi değildir. Bakım, güvenlik, hata düzeltme ve dengeleme için özellikler, ekonomi değerleri veya içerik değişebilir. Uygulanabilir hukuk aksini gerektirmedikçe sanal para, seviye, itibar ve oyun öğelerinin gerçek para değeri yoktur.
6. Fikri mülkiyet ve kullanıcı mesajları
Lawyer Tycoon adı, kodu, görselleri, karakterleri, metinleri ve sesleri; hak sahiplerinin fikri mülkiyetidir. Sana yalnızca kişisel ve ticari olmayan oyun kullanımı için sınırlı, geri alınabilir, devredilemez bir kullanım izni verilir. Geri bildirim gönderdiğinde mesajı hizmeti değerlendirmek ve geliştirmek için kullanmamıza izin verirsin; kişisel veriler Gizlilik Politikası kapsamında kalır.
7. Dış bağlantılar ve hizmetler
Google ve Cloudflare gibi üçüncü taraf hizmetleri kendi koşul ve politikalarına tabidir. Dış bağlantı verilmesi bu hizmetteki her içeriğin onaylandığı anlamına gelmez.
8. Askıya alma, silme ve sona erme
Güvenlik, kötüye kullanım veya bu koşulların ciddi ihlali halinde erişim sınırlandırılabilir. Hesabını silmek için Hesap Silme sayfasındaki adımları kullanabilirsin. Zorunlu hukuki saklama gereklilikleri saklıdır.
9. Sorumluluk ve uygulanabilir hukuk
Hizmet makul özenle sunulur. Emredici tüketici ve veri koruma hakların saklı kalmak üzere, internet kesintisi, tarayıcı temizliği, üçüncü taraf kesintisi veya makul kontrol dışındaki olaylardan doğan kayıplar için hukuk izin verdiği ölçüde sorumluluk sınırlandırılır. Bu koşullar, ikamet ettiğin ülkede vazgeçilemeyen haklarını ortadan kaldırmaz.
10. Değişiklik ve iletişim

1. Acceptance and scope
By using Lawyer Tycoon, you acknowledge these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create a cloud account and stop using the service. If you are below the age required to enter a contract where you live, permission from a parent or legal guardian is required.
2. Entertainment only
Lawyer Tycoon is a fictional entertainment and management game. Its depictions of law, economics, tax, professions or countries are not legal, financial or professional advice and must not be relied on for a real matter.
3. Accounts and security
Your Google password is not shared with us. You are responsible for securing your Google account and recovery channels.
Do not access another person's account or bypass session and security controls.
You may not sell, rent or transfer an account to another person.
4. Fair use
Do not use disruptive automation, request flooding, malicious code, exploit abuse, fraudulent data changes, security-bypassing reverse engineering or conduct that prevents others from using the service. Report vulnerabilities responsibly before public disclosure.
5. Saves and availability
Local saves can be lost when browser data is cleared. Cloud sync reduces risk but does not guarantee uninterrupted access or absolute prevention of data loss. Features, economy values and content may change for maintenance, security, fixes and balancing. Unless mandatory law says otherwise, virtual currency, levels, reputation and game items have no cash value.
6. Intellectual property and messages
The Lawyer Tycoon name, code, artwork, characters, writing and audio are protected by their respective rights holders. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence for personal, non-commercial play. By sending feedback, you allow us to evaluate and use it to improve the service; personal data remains governed by the Privacy Policy.
7. External services
Third-party services such as Google and Cloudflare are governed by their own terms and policies. A link does not endorse every statement or item on an external service.
8. Suspension, deletion and termination
Access may be restricted for security, abuse or a serious breach of these terms. Use the Delete Account instructions to request deletion, subject to mandatory retention duties.
9. Liability and applicable law
The service is provided with reasonable care. Subject to non-waivable consumer and data-protection rights, liability is limited to the extent permitted by law for internet outages, browser-data clearing, third-party outages and events outside reasonable control. These terms do not remove mandatory rights in your country of residence.
